Eligibility of Tenderer :

i) The Tenderer/Bidder shall be the Authorized Distributor/Agent/Re-Seller of the Offered products. ii) The Tenderer/Bidder should be legal entities and registered organization/government organization/ Public sector unit/ Limited Company that have not been prohibited by Bangladeshi or international court(s) to enter into contracts. iii) The Tenderer/Bidder must be engaged in the business of integration of IT Projects at least 05 (Five) years as on the date of notice inviting this Tender for proposed OEM Products. iv) Evidence of supplying similar goods or services at least in 3 (Three) banks/NBFIs in the form of Notification of Award (NOA) and work completion certificate. v) The Tenderer/Bidder must have experience supplying similar goods & services in 01 (One) project past 05 (Five) years Minimum value under a single Contract of Tk. 2 Crore.
