Procurement of Combine Harvester

Amendment / Corrigendum No. : 2

1. To make compatible tender document selling, tender security submition, with the changed schedule of tender opening date.

2. To make assure the participation of more bidder changing in General condition regarding ISO certificate on Quality Management System

The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:

1. NID of Tenderer and Authorized person (Colored scan copy)
2. Valid Trade License of 2021-2022 (Colored scan copy)
3. Valid Digital TIN Certificate (Colored scan copy)
4. Valid 13 Digit VAT Registration Certificate (Colored scan copy)
5. Update Income Tax clearance Certificate (Colored scan copy)
6. Bank Solvency Certificate.
7. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital of credit line(s) from any Scheduled Bank of the Tenderer shall be BDT. 8.00 crore
8. Letter of Authorization/Distributors Authorization letter from the Manufacturer.
9. Original pictorial Brochures or Catalogues of the offered item .
10. Bidder must be ISO 9001:2015 of Quality Management System Certified.
11. Bidder must be submitting Manufacturer Authorization Letter from OEM.
12. Bidder must be submitting three (3) years Warranty Certificate,
13. Bidder must be provide 04 nos Engineers CV for Combine harvester servicing & maintenance purpose.
14. Up to date IRC Certificate
15. Proof regarding of Specific Experience Certificate
16. Minimum 10 Nos. own sales Service and spare parts (3S) Center list with details address along with countrywide dealer/service center must be submitted
17. Min 50 nos. Technical Manpower list with designation and phone number must be submitted.
18. Transport, fitting, assembling, Installation etc. all kinds of charges bear by the bidder.

1. Tender security mentioned in ITT clause (29. E-tender Security) in TDS will be 23,00,000/- BDT instead of 45,00,000/- and working capital or bank solvency with credit line will be 8,00,00,000/- BDT instead of 13.00 crore mentioned in TDS at ITT clause 22. Content of e-tender;
2. In the ITT clause 16.: the unit price declared by the bidder must be average of total price of 57 combine harvesters in which total of 50% price of 54 combine harvesters and 70% price of 3 combine harvesters will remain.

In the ITT clause 16.: the unit price declared by the bidder must be average of total price of 57 combine harvesters in which total of 50% price of 54 combine harvesters and 70% price of 3 combine harvesters will remain. Total price and unit price should follow proportional aspect of tender security.
