Eligibility of Tenderer :

a) The maximum 02 (two) number of arbitration against the Tenderer over a period last five (5) years.

(b) The Tenderer shall have at least five (5) years of general experience in supplying computer/laptop and related accessories (i.e. years counting backward from the date of tender submission deadline).

(c) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 2 (Two) contracts successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 25 (Tweenty Five) Lakh.

i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System

d) The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e. working capital or credit line of the tenderer shall be BDT. 51 (Fifty One) Lakh
