The successful Bidder is expected to cover the requirements as specified in this document. This RFP should be read carefully, and all requirements should be clearly met.

تطلب شركة مطار البحرين عروضًا من مقدمي العطاءات المؤهلين لتوريد منتجات ورقية من الألياف الخلوية في مطار البحرين الدولي. وقد تضمنت هذه الطلب مواصفات المنتجات المطلوبة، واتفاقية مستوى الخدمة، ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية، والنتائج الإجمالية. يُتوقع من مقدم العرض الفائز تلبية المتطلبات المحددة في هذه الوثيقة. يُرجى قراءة طلب تقديم العروض هذا بعناية، والتأكد من استيفاء جميع المتطلبات بوضوح

يجب على مقدمي العطاءات استيفاء المتطلبات الإلزامية المذكورة في بوابة مجلس المناقصات و المزايدات وإعلان العطاء للتأهل للتقييم الفني/المالي. في حال عدم تقديم أيٍّ من البنود المدرجة أدناه، سيؤدي ذلك إلى استبعاد العطاء بأكمله. المعايير الإلزامية هي كما يلي

يجب على مقدم العطاء تقديم شهادة فحص معملي من جهة خارجية لجميع المنتجات المذكورة في نطاق طلب تقديم العروض

يجب على مقدم العطاء تقديم عينة لكل عنصر في أو قبل تاريخ إغلاق العطاء

يجب أن تتوافق العينات المقدمة مع جميع معايير المواصفات الفنية للمنتجات

يجب على مقدم العطاء تسعير جميع البنود المذكورة في جدول الأسعار

BAC through this RFP is seeking proposals from qualified bidders for supply of cellulous fibre-based tissue paper products at BIA. BAC has provided in this RFP the specifications of the required products, service level agreement (SLA), key performance indicators (KPIs), and overall deliverables. The successful Bidder is expected to cover the requirements as specified in this document. This RFP should be read carefully, and all requirements should be clearly met.
The Bidders shall meet the mandatory requirements mentioned in BTB’s portal and the tender advertisement to qualify for the technical/financial evaluation. If the bidder fails to submit any of the items listed below, this shall result in disqualification of the entire bid. The mandatory criteria are as follows:
The bidder shall submit third party lab test certificate for all products mentioned in the RFP scope.
The bidder shall submit sample for each item proposed in the Tender on or before Tender closing date.

The submitted samples shall comply with all the technical specification parameters for the products.
The bidder shall price for all items mentioned in the schedule of prices.
How to Participate?

• Those who are capable and wish to participate in the above tender have to purchase the Tender Documents online through the Bahrain Tender Board’s portal https://etendering.tenderboard.gov.bh starting from Tuesday, 03 June 2025
• Bidders are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above or at the rate of 1% of the tender value whichever amount is lesser, provided that no initial bonds value shall be less than BD 100/-. (Except for the Two-envelope tenders).
• For Two-envelope tenders, bidders, are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above.
• The initial bond should be in the form of a Certified Cheque, Bank Guarantee, Insurance Policy or Cash (or as specified in the Tender Documents) valid for the duration specified above.
• The bids deposit place: (As Mentioned in the Tender Documents)
• This tender is subject to the provisions of the Tender Law issued by the Legislative Decree No. 36 of 2002, its amendments, and its Implementing Regulations issued by the Decree No. 37 of 2002.
• In addition, these conditions have to be considered:
• Enclose copy of a valid Commercial Registration Certificate (CR) in line with the tender"s subject.
• Enclose copy of a valid certificate of compliance with the employment percentages for Bahraini manpower (Bahranization Certificate) issued by the Ministry of Labour.
• This advertisement is considered supplementary to the tender documents. In case of any discrepancy between the Advertisement and the Tender Document, the Tender Document prevails.
• Micro, small and medium enterprises are eligible to obtain 10% preference in the financial evaluation stage, when submitting the "SMEs Classification Certificate" during bidding for this tender. The certificate is awarded by Ministry of Industry Commerce and Tourism to the SMEs and can be obtained when applying on the SMEs Registration System which can be reached via the following link: https://www.moic.gov.bh/en/eServices/sme
