Scope of work (Arabic):
توفير أخصائيين مؤهلينوذوي خبرة في النوابض، مع خبرة حصرية في مجال فحص وصيانة النوابض.
توريد علاقات النوابض /دعامات الأنابيب التي تلبي متطلبات تصميم النوابض المقدمة من قبل الشركاتالمصنعة
للنوابض.
Scope of work (English):
1. Supply of qualified and experienced Spring Support Specialists with exclusive experience in the field of Spring support Inspection & servicing.
2. Supply of Spring hanger / Pipe supports meeting the design requirements of Spring supports supplied by prominent Spring support manufacturers.
Mandatory Evaluation Criteria:
TheBidder shall have at least Three (3) years previous work experience duringthe last Eight (8) years in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical
Industry,in providing Spring Support Inspection. Documentary evidence shall beprovided in the form of client letters of reference, copies of Purchaseorders or Purchase agreements or completion
reports issued for such workexecuted. Providing only a list of jobs handled shall not be accepted.
TheBidder shall have a minimum of 3 Inspectors who are qualified to carry outthe inspection services. The inspectors shall be Graduate
MechanicalEngineer with minimum 7 year experience in the field of Spring supportdesign, inspection and maintenance supervision. Documentary evidence shallbe provided for the availability of the
above personnel with the bidderand CVs with experience and qualification to carry out Spring supportinspection.
TheBidder shall have own facility with proven capability for spring supportdesign and manufacturing for Oil & Gas or Petrochemical
Industry. Anexisting partnership or a Joint Venture with a manufacturer meeting aboverequirement is adequate. Documentary evidence shall be provided forcapability for spring supports design and
manufacturing. This shallinclude copies of Purchase orders or Purchase agreements for supply of thesame in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Industry. In case Bidder has anexisting partnership
of joint venture with a manufacturer meeting aboverequirement, documentary evidence shall be provided.

Bidders are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above or at the rate of 1% of the tender value whichever amount is lesser, provided that no
initial bonds value shall be less than BD 100/-. (Except for the Two-envelope tenders).
For Two-envelope tenders, bidders, are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above.
The initial bond should be in the form of a Certified Cheque, Bank Guarantee, Insurance Policy or Cash (or as specified in the Tender Documents) valid for the duration specified above.

This tender is subject to the provisions of the Tender Law issued by the Legislative Decree No. 36 of 2002, its amendments, and its Implementing Regulations issued by the Decree No. 37 of
2002.
In addition, these conditions have to be considered:
Enclose copy of a valid Commercial Registration Certificate (CR) in line with the tender"s subject.
Enclose copy of a valid certificate of compliance with the employment percentages for Bahraini manpower (Bahranization Certificate) issued by the Ministry of Labour.
This advertisement is considered supplementary to the tender documents. In case of any discrepancy between the Advertisement and the Tender Document, the Tender Document prevails.
Micro, small and medium enterprises are eligible to obtain 10% preference in the financial evaluation stage, when submitting the "SMEs Classification Certificate" during bidding for this
tender. The certificate is awarded by Ministry of Industry Commerce and Tourism to the SMEs and can be obtained when applying on the SMEs Registration System which can be reached via the
