LOCATION OF WORK

PLOT 10040212 & PLOT 10040213, OFF MAZARE HIGHWAY, ROAD 923 HAMALA BLOCK 1009, KINGDOM OF BAHRAIN

The new connection will be taken from the existing TSE pipe of size Æ 250mm GRP pipeline from Hamala TSE Distribution Network

The contractor will order materials as per the attached design drawing H60585 and all materials shall comply with MED requirements

The scope includes submission of progressive photos reports and testing of the pipe as per standards

The contractor shall liaise with the concerned section for shutdown and offer for final inspection after thoroughly completing the works in line with the standard specifications. The work shall be in defects liability period for 2 years from the date of final inspections. Any defects, short comings shall be made good by the contractor to the full satisfaction of the client.

يشمل نطاق العمل القيام بجميع أعمال التوريد الإنشاء والتركيب لأنابيب وتوصيلات مياه الصرف الصحي المعالجة TSE بما في ذلك الحصول على التصاريح اللازمة لحق المرور إجراء الدراسات الميدانية حفر الاختبارات الحصول على تصاريح المرور وتحويلات الحركة المرورية أعمال قطع الأسفلت وإعادة التأهيل وفقًا لإجراءات إدارة صيانة الطرق RPMD تقديم رسومات التنفيذ للحصول على الموافقات تحديد المسارات إنشاء حجرات الصمامات مع كافة الملحقات المذكورة في الرسم المرفق رقم H60585

تفاصيل التوصيل الجديد: سيتم الربط على خط مياه الصرف الصحي المعالجة (TSE) القائم بحجم 250 مم من نوع GRP، التابع لشبكة توزيع مياه الصرف الصحي المعالجة في الهملة.

التزامات المقاول:

• توريد المواد طبقًا للرسمالتصميمي المرفق رقم H60585، والتأكد من أن جميع المواد مطابقةلمتطلبات وزارة الأشغال – إدارة هندسة المواد.
• تقديم صور وتقارير تقدم العملبشكل دوري.
• إجراء الاختبارات المطلوبةللأنابيب وفقًا للمواصفات المعتمدة.
• التنسيق مع القسم المختص لتنفيذالإيقاف المؤقت (Shutdown) عندالحاجة.
• تقديم العمل للتفتيش النهائي بعداكتمال كافة الأعمال وفقًا للمواصفات القياسية.
• الالتزام بفترة ضمان العيوب لمدةسنتين من تاريخ الفحص النهائي.
• إصلاح أي عيوب أو نواقص تظهرخلال فترة الضمان بما يرضي العميل.

How to Participate?

• Those who are capable and wish to participate in the above tender have to purchase the Tender Documents online through the Bahrain Tender Board’s portal https://etendering.tenderboard.gov.bh starting from Sunday, 16 February 2025
• Bidders are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above or at the rate of 1% of the tender value whichever amount is lesser, provided that no initial bonds value shall be less than BD 100/-. (Except for the Two-envelope tenders).
• For Two-envelope tenders, bidders, are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above.
• The initial bond should be in the form of a Certified Cheque, Bank Guarantee, Insurance Policy or Cash (or as specified in the Tender Documents) valid for the duration specified above.
