Tender Description

The purpose of this tender is the Ministry of Education desire to provide security and guard services for all departments,school facilities,and educational buildings within the Ministry of Education. Since a security guard is the person responsible for guarding educational facilities and ministry premises ( male or female ) , must ensure that security and safety precautions are in place, report any damage or incidents that may occur immediately and implement all instructions issued to him or her in this regards to ensure that the sites are protected from vandalism or theft and to provide security and comfort to site visitors , in order to ensure the maintenance of public order

الغرض من هذه المناقصة هو رغبة وزارة التربية والتعليم في توفير خدمات الحراسة والأمن لجميع الإدارات ومنشآت المدارس والمباني التعليمية بوزارة التربية والتعليم. حيث ان حارس الأمن هو الشخص المسؤول عن حراسة المنشآت التعليمية ومرافق الوزارة (ذكراً كان أو أنثى) ويجب عليه التأكد من توافر احتياطات الأمن والسلامة بها والإبلاغ الفوري عن الأضرار أو الحوادث التي قد تتعرض لها وتنفيذ جميع التعليمات الصادرة إليه بهذا الشأن لضمان المحافظة على المواقع من التخريب أو السرقة وتوفير الأمان والراحة لمرتادي المواقع وذلك لضمان المحافظة على النظام العام. وذلك زمنية لمدة أربع سنوات من 1 يناير 2025 الى 31 ديسمبر 2028.

- سوف تستبعد العطاءات التي لم تتقدم باستمارة الإقرار (3) Form NO -)3(- Tender Statement Form NO من ضمن مستنداتها والتي تحتوي على إقرار مقدم العطاء / المورد بالموافقة على شروط المناقصة، على أن تكون مختومة وممهورة بتوقيع المخول بالتوقيع من مقدم العطاء / المورد

- سوف تستبعد العطاءات التي لا تقدم المستندات المطلوبة لعدد 79 حارس أمن.

The purpose of this tender is the Ministry of Education"s desire to provide security and guard services for all departments, school facilities, and educational buildings within the Ministry of Education, Since a security guard is the person responsible for guarding educational facilities and ministry premises ( male or female ) , must ensure that security and safety precautions are in place, report any damage or incidents that may occur immediately and implement all instructions issued to him or her in this regards to ensure that the sites are protected from vandalism or theft and to provide security and comfort to site visitors , in order to ensure the maintenance of public order.

This tender for Four years : 1 Jan 2025 - 31 Dec 2028

The following bids will be disqualified:

• Bids that do not include the Declaration Form (3) (Tender Statement Form NO -)3(- in their documentation which include the bidder"s/supplier"s acknowledgment of the tender conditions, and must be stamped and signed by the authorized signatory of the bidder/supplier.
• Bids that do not submit the required documents for 79 security guards will be excluded

How to Participate?

• Those who are capable and wish to participate in the above tender have to purchase the Tender Documents online through the Bahrain Tender Board’s portal https://etendering.tenderboard.gov.bh starting from Sunday, 11 August 2024
• Bidders are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above or at the rate of 1% of the tender value whichever amount is lesser, provided that no initial bonds value shall be less than BD 100/-. (Except for the Two-envelope tenders).
• For Two-envelope tenders, bidders, are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above.
• The initial bond should be in the form of a Certified Cheque, Bank Guarantee, Insurance Policy or Cash (or as specified in the Tender Documents) valid for the duration specified above.
• The bids deposit place: (As Mentioned in the Tender Documents)
• This tender is subject to the provisions of the Tender Law issued by the Legislative Decree No. 36 of 2002, its amendments, and its Implementing Regulations issued by the Decree No. 37 of 2002.
• In addition, these conditions have to be considered:
• Enclose copy of a valid Commercial Registration Certificate (CR) in line with the tender"s subject.
• Enclose copy of a valid certificate of compliance with the employment percentages for Bahraini manpower (Bahranization Certificate) issued by the Ministry of Labour.
• This advertisement is considered supplementary to the tender documents. In case of any discrepancy between the Advertisement and the Tender Document, the Tender Document prevails.
• Micro, small and medium enterprises are eligible to obtain 10% preference in the financial evaluation stage, when submitting the "SMEs Classification Certificate" during bidding for this tender. The certificate is awarded by Ministry of Industry Commerce and Tourism to the SMEs and can be obtained when applying on the SMEs Registration System which can be reached via the following link: https://www.moic.gov.bh/en/eServices/sme
