The project aims to enhance the area by developing the sewers network. Construction of 414 numbers of house connections for existing houses and 118 numbers of stubs for future houses as per standard specifications 6. SCOPE OF WORKS

The project aims to enhance the area by developing the sewers network. The general scope of works for the proposed scheme includes provision construction and installation of a gravity sewer by open trench & Micro-tunnelling and a new 180 LPS capacity Lift Station

يهدف المشروع إلى تعزيز المنطقة من خلال تطوير شبكة الصرف الصحي. يشمل بناء شبكة صرف صحي تتدفق بتأثير الجاذبية عن طريق حفر الخنادق (open trench)و(Micro tunnelling) وإنشاء محطة رفع مياه الصرف الصحي (lifting station) جديدة بسعة 180 لتر-ثانية

1. بناء شبكة صرف صحي (أنابيب فرعية-توصيلات منزلية) بطول 5.032 كيلو متر وبقطر 150مم

2. بناء شبكة صرف صحي (أنابيب رئيسية) بطول 9.320 كيلو متر وبقطر يتراوح بين 200مم إلى 600مم عن طريق حفر الخنادق (open trench)

3. بناء شبكة صرف صحي بطول 83 متر وبقطر 600مم عن طريق (Microtunnelling)

4. بناء (2)غرفتان كشف عمودية عميقة (shafts) (Microtunnelling)

5. بناء 414 توصيلات لمنازل القائمة 118 توصيلات مستقبلية للمنازل حسب المواصفات القياسية

6. بناء محطة رفع صرف صحي رئيسية بسعة 180 لتر-ثانية

7. تفكيك وايقاف تشغيل ثلاث (3)محطات رفع الصرف الصحي(F1N F1J F1D)

8. بناء ثلاثمائة وسبعة وستون (367) غرفة كشف-تفتيش (manholes) للصرف الصحي، مصنفة

ب‌. غرفة كشف-تفتيش من (نوعG )-03 غرفة

,This tender invites registered contractors with a valid Prequalification License on the Tender issue date under Category of Implementation of Sewerage & Drainage & TSE under Grade AA with Cost Engineering Directorate in the Ministry of Works and to be valid on the tender issue date.
تدعو هذه المناقصة المقاولين المسجلين الحاصلين على ترخيص تأهيل مسبق ساري المفعول في تاريخ إصدار المناقصة ضمن فئة أعمال الصرف الصحي و تصريف مياه الأمطار تحت الدرجة AA مع إدارة هندسة التكاليف في وزارة الأشغال.
How to Participate?

• Those who are capable and wish to participate in the above tender have to purchase the Tender Documents online through the Bahrain Tender Board’s portal https://etendering.tenderboard.gov.bh starting from Monday, 11 March 2024
• Bidders are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above or at the rate of 1% of the tender value whichever amount is lesser, provided that no initial bonds value shall be less than BD 100/-. (Except for the Two-envelope tenders).
• For Two-envelope tenders, bidders, are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above.
• The initial bond should be in the form of a Certified Cheque, Bank Guarantee, Insurance Policy or Cash (or as specified in the Tender Documents) valid for the duration specified above.
• The bids deposit place: (As Mentioned in the Tender Documents)
• This tender is subject to the provisions of the Tender Law issued by the Legislative Decree No. 36 of 2002, its amendments, and its Implementing Regulations issued by the Decree No. 37 of 2002.
• In addition, these conditions have to be considered:
• Enclose copy of a valid Commercial Registration Certificate (CR) in line with the tender"s subject.
• Enclose copy of a valid certificate of compliance with the employment percentages for Bahraini manpower (Bahranization Certificate) issued by the Ministry of Labour.
• This advertisement is considered supplementary to the tender documents. In case of any discrepancy between the Advertisement and the Tender Document, the Tender Document prevails.
• Micro, small and medium enterprises are eligible to obtain 10% preference in the financial evaluation stage, when submitting the "SMEs Classification Certificate" during bidding for this tender.
