The Bahrain Petroleum Company (Bapco) is seeking through this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals from bidders for a strategic leadership program that fits Bapco"s requirements. The Bahrain Petroleum Company (Bapco) provided the Service Specifications in this RFP. This RFP must be read carefully, and all requirements must be clearly met
The program should cover strategic leadership concepts such as:
- Build talents for the future.
- Grow talents to form a strong internal talent pool
- Promote talent mobility within the company
- Ensure leadership sustainability
- Address Leadership challenges
- Executive coaching

BIDDERS QUALIFICATION AND BID EVALUATION CRITERIA
Introduction:
Supplier interested in tendering for the Strategic Leadership Programme should in the first instance read the Mandatory Criteria below and if they consider they qualify, then continue and complete the tender package.
The supplier shall submit documentary evidence in support of meeting the criteria below along with the bid.
1.0 MANDATORY CRITERIA
1.1 The supplier must provide an accredited programme at post – graduate level, (RQF: Level 7) delivered over some four modules of approximately 12 days over 12 months, with an envisaged start date in Quarter 3, 2023
1.2 The supplier must have a track record in delivering similar development programmes in the Gulf Region and experience of working in the energy sector in the Region.
1.3 The supplier must be triple-accredited AACSB, AMBA. EQUIS.
1.4 The supplier must offer an academic and accredited route to an Executive MBA following delivery of the SLP and provide academic credits based on Accredited Prior Learning.
1.5 The supplier must provide a world-class on-line learning platform.
1.6 To drive efficiency and develop our internal Bahrani talent, we would expect the supplier to be flexible and develop our identified internal T&D resources via a Train The Trainer approach, using a CPD model and assessment.
The pricewise lowest bidder among those who meet all the criteria in (1) above, will be selected as the successful bidder (i.e. 100% weighting for the Prices).
