Ministry of Industry and Commerce is inviting all capable and professional companies through this public tender to provide professional daily cleaning services for HQ located in Bahrain Financial Harbour & Offices in Hidd Area, which includes providing all necessary cleaning equipment and sterilization materials for a period of Three Years.

All participants MUST submit the following requirements along with the bid through the e-Tendering System:

- Company’s Profile

- Prove of Financial stability and capability to carry out required job – “Statement of overall turnover for the previous Three years and (or) Company’s Financial Statements for the same period.”

- Prove of availability of funds to cover AT LEAST 4 months total salary of all provided personnel (Account Statement).

- Certified list of principal services provided in the past Three years including list of Purchasing Authorities or Recipients of the services.

- CV(s) of the proposed personnel in charge of Supervision of the Cleaning Staff on site during the execution of the service.

- List of all Cleaning Products & Equipment.

- Declaration of availability to carry out the services during the timeframe indicated in the Scope of Works.

- Statement that ALL proposed staff completed medical check-up and are fit for work.

- Principal services provided (as per PA’s requirements “MOIC”).

تدعو وزارة الصناعة والتجارة جميع الشركات من خلال هذه المناقصة العامة لتقديم خدمات التنظيف اليومية بصورة احترافية في المقر الرئيسي الكائن في مرفأ البحرين المالي والمكاتب التابعة للوزارة في منطقة الحد، مع توفير جميع معدات التنظيف ومواد التعقيم اللازمة لمدة ثلاث سنوات.

حيث يجب على جميع المشاركين تقديم المتطلبات التالية مع العطاء من خلال نظام المناقصات الإلكترونية:

- ملف تعريف الشركة.

- توفير تقرير مالي للشركة - "لمدة 3 سنوات على الأقل".

- توفير ما يثبت مقدرة الشركة على تغطية الرواتب الإجمالية لمدة 4 أشهر على الأقل لجميع الموظفين المقدمين (كشف حساب).

- قائمة معتمدة بالخدمات الرئيسية المقدمة في السنوات الثلاث الماضية بما في ذلك اسماء الجهات المستفيدة من الخدمات.

- السيرة الذاتية للموظفين المقترحين المسؤولين عن الإشراف على عمال النظافة.

- قائمة بجميع منتجات ومعدات التنظيف.

- توقيع استمارة التعهد بالمقدرة على تنفيذ الخدمات المطلوبة خلال فترة العقد.

- تعهد بأن الموظفين المقترحين قد أكملوا الفحص الطبي وأنهم لائقون للعمل.

- الخدمات الرئيسية المقدمة (حسب متطلبات الجهة المتصرفة "وزارة الصناعة والتجارة").

How to Participate?

• Those who are capable and wish to participate in the above tender have to purchase the Tender Documents online through the Bahrain Tender Board’s portal https://e-tendering.tenderboard.gov.bh starting from Wednesday, 16 August 2023
• Bidders are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above or at the rate of 1% of the tender value whichever amount is lesser, provided that no initial bonds value shall be less than BD 100/-. (Except for the Two-envelope tenders).
• For Two-envelope tenders, bidders, are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above.
• The initial bond should be in the form of a Certified Cheque, Bank Guarantee, Insurance Policy or Cash (or as specified in the Tender Documents) valid for the duration specified above.
• The bids deposit place: (As Mentioned in the Tender Documents)
• This tender is subject to the provisions of the Tender Law issued by the Legislative Decree No. 36 of 2002, its amendments, and its Implementing Regulations issued by the Decree No. 37 of 2002.
• In addition, these conditions have to be considered:
• Enclose copy of a valid Commercial Registration Certificate (CR) in line with the tender"s subject.
• Enclose copy of a valid certificate of compliance with the employment percentages for Bahraini manpower (Bahranization Certificate) issued by the Ministry of Labour.
• This advertisement is considered supplementary to the tender documents. In case of any discrepancy between the Advertisement and the Tender Document, the Tender Document prevails.
• Micro, small and medium enterprises are eligible to obtain 10% preference in the financial evaluation stage, when submitting the "SMEs Classification Certificate" during bidding for this tender. The certificate is awarded by Ministry of Industry Commerce and Tourism to the SMEs and can be obtained when applying on the SMEs Registration System which can be reached via the following link: https://www.moic.gov.bh/en/eServices/sme
