Tatweer Petroleum require to install 5G data radio communication is a packet core solution created in accordance with OIL & GAS industry specifications to satisfy the current data communication deadline as per industrial 4.0. among all the field of wireless connectivity with higher throughput, a wider area of coverage, and greater flexibility through a signed agreement for five years terms.

Bidder has to comply the socpe of work as per tatweer requirement. As per attachement exhibit A. bidder shall provide layer 2 VPN capabilities- Provide transparency between core syetem (Edge) and TP data center.(Traffic shall be dedicated to tatweer no sharing for public services)
Any device in transpernat network should not be part of Tatweer. Except the firewall and switch as mentioned in 1.2 line item
Bidder to propose the SA (Standalone 5G Packet core solution) industrial 4.0 with 100% virtual Traffice isolation from carrier netowork.
MEC vendor shall list its contribution in 3GPP / Vendor regional office in bahrain.
Bidder shall be a carrier operator Bahrain with nation wide coverage to include all island and offshore terriorateries of 5G.
Engineering and maintenace staff shall be manufacture certified having compleated a minimum of 5 year experience on proposed solution products.
Bidder to submit the project schedule deplyment plan including activities breakdown. Internet Isolation design documents to be submitted. Refer 1.2 Traffic trunking details to be submitted for review. (L2 Traffic), HLD and LLD of the connectivity should be submitted..
Logical separation and providing encryption of the traffic through the provider network is mandatory.
Bidder shall confirm that has completed a minimum of five (5) projects of similar size and nature within Oil and Gas industry in GCC. Bidder to Complete and submit Project details and referneces.
Bidder shall provide a dedicated, service oriented account manager. The account manager shall be the single POC for escalation of issues and dispute resolution within the agreed timescales.





,Bidder Shall provide a 24/7 365 call centre, providing active system monitoring, providing high reliability and high availability, preventative maintenance and rapid response and resolution to issues which affect service, all within the agreed timescales.
Bidder shall have sufficient and rapidly available manpower, equipment and materials in order to respond to 1.14 and 1.15 above, or any other issue which is, or may affect service, all within the agreed timescales.
Bidder Shall have Bahrain based facilities and infrastructure comprising of office building, panel workshop and staging facilities for testing servicing and staging equipments before installation.
Meets applicable HSE requirements, to submit a copy of their Company"s HSE Plan including Skill / HSE Training Matrix, updated contractor organization chart and HSE Policy signed by contractor management.

• Bidders are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above or at the rate of 1% of the tender value whichever amount is lesser, provided that no initial bonds value shall be less than BD 100/-. (Except for the Two-envelope tenders).
• For Two-envelope tenders, bidders, are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above.
• The initial bond should be in the form of a Certified Cheque, Bank Guarantee, Insurance Policy or Cash (or as specified in the Tender Documents) valid for the duration specified above.

• This tender is subject to the provisions of the Tender Law issued by the Legislative Decree No. 36 of 2002, its amendments, and its Implementing Regulations issued by the Decree No. 37 of 2002.
• In addition, these conditions have to be considered:
• Enclose copy of a valid Commercial Registration Certificate (CR) in line with the tender"s subject.
• Enclose copy of a valid certificate of compliance with the employment percentages for Bahraini manpower (Bahranization Certificate) issued by the Ministry of Labour.
• This advertisement is considered supplementary to the tender documents. In case of any discrepancy between the Advertisement and the Tender Document, the Tender Document prevails.
• Micro, small and medium enterprises are eligible to obtain 10% preference in the financial evaluation stage, when submitting the "SMEs Classification Certificate" during bidding for this tender.
