• The Government of Azerbaijan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Improved Livelihoods for IDPs in Azerbaijan Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of beauty industry equipment for training graduates. Batch 1

• The State Committee For Affaires of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons now invites quotation from eligible bidders for the Procurement of table with mirror, sterilizer, led lamp, hair dryer, comb (in different forms), scissors, hair dryer (straightened), hair pin, hair clipper, hair dryer (hair curler), special seat, special hair wash seat, table for manicure, seat, gel dryer, vacuum cleaner, chipping machine, nail file (different grit), Manicure scissors, Cutter, Brushes, Nail cutter, Make-up tools, Brush set (for face), brush set (for eyes), table with the delivery Period set as 1 month from the date of advance payment.
• Bidding will be conducted through the Request for Quotations procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: PROCUREMENT IN INVESTMENT PROJECT

FINANCING Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services (“Procurement Guidelines”) September 2023 and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.

• Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information (State Committee for Refugees and İDPs, scri.refugee@gmail.com) and inspect the bidding documents during office hours from 09:00 a.m. to 18:00 p.m. local time at the address given below. The Bidding document will be made available September 24th, 2024.
• The deadline for bid submission is October 7th, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. Hard copies are permitted. A complete set of bidding documents in (English) can be obtained by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of written application to the address below.
• Late Bids will be rejected.
