Provision of cleaning, hygiene, and waste management services provider for their purpose-built building located adjacent to the High Court of Australia and the National Gallery of Australia in the Arts & Civics Campus of the Parliamentary Triangle.

The services are to be provided by the Contractor at the Site and must provide the provider every day of the year, including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays (declared for Canberra).

Timeframe for Delivery:

The NPG is seeking to Contract for an initial period of 5 years. At the NPG’s discretion, the NPG may extend the Contract for a maximum of 5 further periods of up to 12 months per period. It is anticipated that the Contract will have a maximum term of 10 years.
