The Customer will exclude from participation any Potential Supplier that does not demonstrate compliance with:

• The Tenderer must exist as a legal entity at the Closing Time

• The Tenderer must be able to provide Australian-specific data on usage of websites and/or mobile applications

• The Tenderer agrees to allow the ACCC to share extracts or outputs from their data sets with other Government agencies and publish analysis of data – including limited relevant extracts - in public reports.

20 June 2026 - 19 June 2028
