The Department of Finance (Finance) is conducting a Request for Information (RFI) to gather information from all interested parties (Respondents) regarding market capabilities and insight from suitably qualified and experienced Respondents about a modern Commercial Off-The-Shelf Claims Management and Insurance Administration System.

Finance is seeking information from Respondents about:

· what is possible with modern claims management, insurance and risk SaaS products

· what is common out of the box in the market

· what product patterns exist for an integrated claims management, insurance, risk and reporting solution, and

· what is realistic to deliver with no custom development.

This RFI is not a tender and does not seek binding offers.
