Office of the Official Secretary of the Governor General (OOSGG) is seeking design services from suitably qualified and experienced heritage architects for up-to-date architectural drawings of Admiralty House Sydney plus concept, tender and construction drawings to meet modernisation and conservation objectives.

Other Instructions: Conditions for Participation:

The supplier must have relevant heritage skills, qualifications and memberships and have worked on similar projects to this, including at properties like Admiralty House.

Timeframe for Delivery:

Proposed Start Date: The Contract will be awarded within 4 weeks of the ATM closing date, and the project will commence within 6 weeks of the ATM closing date.

Contract Term: The Contract will remain in force until the project end date, which is 6 months from the contract award date.
