The objective of this procurement is to enable the successful implementation of the Australian Antarctic Division’s (AAD) approved Divisional Planning Framework and to embed sustainable planning capability and practices within the Division. A major focus will be on the change management required across the AAD to ensure sustainability beyond the transition phase. The implementation partner will embed outcomes that strengthen governance, forecasting, and integration of planning activities, while ensuring AAD ability is maintained and improved to operate the framework independently.

The supply must be provided in accordance with the Statement of Requirement (SoR) in the ATM and subject to the terms and conditions set out in, or referred to, in ATM 26/128 Implementation of the Divisional Integrated Planning Framework.

Timeframe for Delivery:

The reslting contract with have an initial period of 18 months, with a single 6 month extension option.
