The Agency invites submissions from Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) approved to deliver PSP40416 – Certificate IV in Government Investigations and one of the following qualifications:

• PSP40416 – Certificate IV in Government Investigations (Regulatory Compliance)

• PSP50416 – Diploma of Government Investigations

• PSP60122 – Advanced Diploma of Government (Investigations)

• DEF40217 – Certificate IV in Intelligence Operations

• PSP50716 – Diploma of Fraud Control

• Statement of Attainment for one or more individual units of competency offered in the above mentioned certifications

The required services must also offer Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) pathways.

The Agency is seeking responses from RTOs that are appropriately qualified, experienced, and resourced, and that can demonstrate the capability and capacity to deliver the above qualifications through flexible delivery models.
