The Agency will engage a suitably qualified Service Provider to provide Architectural and Building Project Management Services that support the Agency’s accommodation and infrastructure planning framework. The engagement will enable delivery of the Sydney Office Accommodation Project in line with operational, workforce, and longterm strategic objectives, ensuring value for money, compliance, and timely outcomes.

Other Instructions: Conditions for Participation:

· Tenders are written in English;

· All measurements are expressed in Australian legal units of measurement;

· The Tender includes a fully completed and signed Tenderer’s Deed of Undertaking;

· The Tenderer must exist as a legal entity at the Closing Time;

· the Tenderer must execute, and provide to the Contact Officer, a Deed of Confidentiality.

Timeframe for Delivery:

12 Months or 12 April 2027.
