The Reserve Bank is seeking to engage a supplier/provider for the provision of novated lease and salary packaging services. The Reserve Bank has about 1900+ staff and typically has about 150+ novated leases at any point in time.

The respondent exists as a legal entity at Closing time.

Tender response received prior to the closing time.

Entities listed as terrorists or subject to sanctions are excluded.

Tender response includes a completed and signed Response Deed.

Tender and draft contract to include minimum SLA’s and KPI’s

The Respondent is not subject to a judicial decision against them relating to employee entitlements (not including decisions under appeal, and have not paid the claim).

Where the Respondent is a Relevant Employer, the Respondent is compliant with its obligations under the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth) (the WGE Act).

The Respondent is not precluded from tendering for Australian Government funded work at closing time.

The respondent can provide licencing for;

- Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL)

- Australian Credit Licence (ACL)

The respondent can provide proof of Registration and Membership for;
- Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) Registration

- AFIA Membership

The respondent responds to Response Schedules 1-9 as listed in Part 4 - Response Schedules in accordance with Part 3 - Statement of Requirements.
