The purpose of the resource package will be to empower and equip the Australian school workforce (school leaders, teachers and non-teaching staff) to prevent and address bullying and other harmful behaviours in their school communities.

The resource package is intended to address recommendations from the 2025 Anti-Bullying Rapid Review and will help to ensure that Australian schools are safe, inclusive and respectful learning environments where bullying and other harmful behaviours are prevented and addressed.

The project is expected to include:

· Stakeholder consultations

· A rapid desktop review

· Resource development of evidence-based, trauma-informed, practical, accessible and multifaceted resources for the school workforce, and

· Reporting.

The successful Tenderer will have demonstrated expertise and experience in developing trauma-informed and evidence-based resources for the school workforce and subject matter expertise around preventing and addressing bullying and other harmful behaviours and/or broader student wellbeing and safety related issues
