The Department of Health, Disability and Ageing is seeking a qualified Enterprise Computing Provider to deliver specialised services within a complex ICT environment. The scope of this procurement is to engage an experienced Provider to deliver Enterprise Computing services for the purpose of providing compute, storage, data centre network and cloud services to support Department applications and digital platforms.

The Department is seeking to engage a qualified and experienced Enterprise Computing Service Provider (EC Service Provider) to deliver Enterprise Computing (EC) Services within a complex Multi-Vendor Environment (MVE) ICT environment.

The EC Service Provider will be responsible for the planning, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of EC Services aligned with Axelos ITIL® 4 Edition practices.

As part of these services, the EC Service Provider will be expected to:

• Supply EC Services for the purpose of providing compute, storage, Data Centre network and cloud services to support Department applications, including:
• Platform Engineering Services.
• Data Centre Presence Management Services.
• Middleware Management.
• Database Management (private and public cloud).
• Data Centre Compute Services.
• Storage Management (private and public cloud).
• Data Centre Networking Services.
• Data Warehousing Services.
• Collaborate and integrate with the Department’s Service Integration and Management (SIAM) provider, Digital Services Delivery teams, and Other Service Providers to ensure the coordinated and effective delivery of Services.
• Align with the Department"s Agile / DevOps / Tools ways of working, noting this will mature and expand over time.

Timeframe for Delivery:

June 2026 to June 2029 (with opportunity for extensions up to a maximum term of 6 years subject to compliance with Commonwealth procurement and contracting policies).
