Expert environmental services are required to ensure environmental approvals are obtained to support the delivery of Phase 2 and Phase 3 of the Northern Endeavour Program (the Program). The Program does not have this expertise in-house and it does not have the capacity to perform these services within the schedule.
The environmental Service Provider will support completion of Regulatory Approvals and provide specialist knowledge, within the oil and gas field, to the Program by providing the below services:
- collaborative engagement with internal stakeholders including the Phase 2/3 Planning Team, the Project Execution Advisory Team (PEAT) and other NEB advisors, and the Regulatory Approvals Team.
- developing relevant environmental permission documents for Phase 2 and Phase 3 of the Northern Endeavour decommissioning program approvals.
- supporting regulatory engagement to secure these approvals. This includes any pre-referral meetings.
- potential additional works that involve development of regulatory approval documents and/or supporting regulatory engagement to secure approvals that may be identified at a later date.
- any other environmental approval work that may come up from time to time as needed.

Tenderers are advised that key requirements and obligations are specified in the draft contract. The draft contract forms part of this request documentation and must be reviewed in conjunction with the Approach to Market (ATM).
