In accordance with the Defence Infrastructure Panel - Major Construction, SON4138417, the following five panellists have been selected to tender for construction works as the Managing Contractor for the Defence Mulwala/Benalla Facility Redevelopment Project:

a. Acciona Construction Australia Pty Ltd

b. Built Pty Limited

c. CPB Contractors Pty Limited

d. Icon SI (AUST) Pty Ltd; and

e. Seymour Whyte Constructions Pty Ltd

The RFT process is expected to commence in late Q2 2026 and further information will be provided to the shortlisted panellists at a later stage. It is expected the contract with the successful panellist will commence in Q4 2026.
