The training package will inform and educate APS Officers on how and why to consider and include people with disability in their everyday work. For example, for effective policy engagement, design, and consultation with people with disability to create more considered, inclusive and accessible government services and communications.
The objective of the procurement is to source a provider who can facilitate the design and delivery of a high quality, engaging and educational series of APS training modules co-designed and delivered by or with people with disability. To achieve this, the successful provider will need to work with and subcontract to, a range of organisations with the skills necessary to deliver the training package. For example, people with disability featured in the content or delivery, eLearning Studios, script writers, editors and production teams. These subcontractors should be familiar with working with people with disability or majority run by people with disability and be able to produce the following training modules to be hosted on the APS Academy website, free of charge to participants:
Core Modules (Pre-requisite for all other modules)

· Web Content Access Guidelines 2.2 AA (and where possible exceed).
Conditions for Participation:The Tenderer must not have had any judicial decisions against it (excluding decisions under appeal) relating to employee entitlements and have not satisfied any resulting order.
The Tenderer, its personnel, and any Subcontractors proposed in the Tender must not, at the Closing Time, be listed as terrorists under section 15 of the Charter of the United Nations Act 1945 (Cth).
The Tenderer (and any Subcontractor proposed in its Tender) must not be named in the Consolidated list referred to in Regulation 40 the Charter of United Nations (Dealing with Assets) Regulations 2008 (Cth).
