The Employee Assistance Services Panel is being established to support the psychological welfare of members of the Defence Intelligence Group and the Australian Signals Directorate. It is comprised of the following service categories:

a. Service Category 1 (SC1): Psychological Services;

b. Service Category 2 (SC2): Workplace Wellbeing Services; and

c. Service Category 3 (SC3): Psychiatry Services.

Other Instructions:

Contractors will be appointed to the Panel to provide one or more of the service categories. Contractors must be able to provide all services within the Service Category.

Conditions for Participation:

Clause 1.10 Statement of Tax Record;

Clause 2.4 Preparation and Transmission of Classified Tenders; and

Clause 2.5 Defence Security Requirements.

Timeframe for Delivery:

Term of the new standing offer panel is June 2026 - August 2029 (inclusive of transition)
