The National Capital Authority (NCA) is seeking to engage a suitably experienced & reputable Contractor to undertake minor works in relation to Asphalt Concrete upgrades across the NCA estate.

The NCA own and manage a large portfolio of civil assets across it’s estate, including a network of arterial roads. These arterial road assets are integral infrastructure to the NCA and the community.

As part of our ongoing management of these assets we undertake regular inspections to monitor condition of assets and ensure they are operating effectively.

Delivery of the works scoped for this project will ensure critical NCA road assets are upgraded providing them a longer service life, improving safety and ensuring that the expectations of the community and NCA Stakeholders are being met.

A package of works has been drafted which is detailed in the Tender Drawings.

The successful Contractor will be required to undertake and manage all works associated with the repairs and installation including project management, quality assurance and traffic management.

The successful Contractor will need to demonstrate a strong track record and high levels of skill and experience in delivering comparable packages of works.

Other Instructions:

ATM Responses will be screened to identify those ATM Responses or Potential Suppliers which have failed to comply with the following Minimum Content and Format Requirements:

a. The response must be lodged electronically via AusTender.

b. The response must be lodged before the closing date and time.

c. The response must not require external material (e.g. hyperlinks or incorporated by reference).

d. The response must be written in English.

e. Measurements must be expressed in Australian legal units of measurement.

f. The Respondent must be a legal entity at the time of ATM closing.

g. The Respondent must complete and sign the relevant Declarations at Attachment A.

h. The Tender must be for all of the Services

Tenders that do not comply with the above Mandatory requirements and Minimum Content and Format Requirements will be excluded from further consideration. Screening is an ongoing process. A Tender may be excluded at any stage of the evaluation process if NCA identifies that it does not meet a Condition for Participation, Minimum Content and Format Requirement or other mandatory requirement.
