This notice is to inform potential tenderers that the Department of Education is preparing to approach the market for the provision of Inclusion Agency Services under the Inclusion Support Program.

The Request for Tender (RFT) documentation is expected to be released via AusTender by the end of Q4 of 2025, if not earlier.

The Department will be seeking qualified organisations to deliver Inclusion Agency Services that support early childhood education and care (ECEC) services to build their capacity and capability to include children with additional needs.

Key service components include:

1.1.1. Tailored inclusion support for ECEC services

1.1.2. Providing practical advice and strategies on quality inclusive practices

1.1.3. Supporting services to initiate and review Strategic Inclusion Plans

1.1.4. Facilitating access to specialist advice and specialist equipment

1.1.5. ECEC sector and community engagement to support and promote inclusive practices

1.1.6. Engaging with the Inclusion Development Fund Manager, ECEC services and families in relation to the Inclusion Development Fund.

The Department intends to enter into contracts with successful tenderers who demonstrate strong relevant capability and experience, and alignment with the objectives of the Inclusion Support Program Guidelines.
