Location: Booderee National Park, Botanic Gardens - meet at the carpark

Registration for Industry Briefing/Site Visit - no later than 4:00pm Monday 10 November 2025.

Attendance of Industry Briefing/Site Visit - NOT compulsory

Conditions for Participation:

The Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time (see paragraph 8.3)

The Tenderer must provide a project appreciation brief detailing their complete understanding of the end-to-end delivery of the project including mention of site specific requirements at Schedule 2 Attachment 3 of the tender response forms.

Timeframe for Delivery:

Contract Acceptance - not more than 6 months from close of Tender.

Expected Delivery - The Director expects the delivery date will be no later than March 2026.
