The Department is seeking Tenders for two (2) Service Streams as follows:

Australian CDC Service Stream:

· provision of Immunisation Research, Surveillance and Technical Support Services specifically for the Australian CDC (referred to as Australian CDC Services). This will result in one contract with the Australian CDC.

Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation and Australian Immunisation Handbook Stream:

· provision of Technical Support Services for the Australian Technical Advisory Group (ATAGI) and Australian Immunisation Handbook (AIH), referred to as ATAGI and AIH Technical Support Services.

· This will result in two (2) contracts:

o one for the Australian Centre for Disease Control (CDC) for the Services relating to the AIH; and

o one for the Department for Services relating to ATAGI.

Up to 3 contracts and up to 2 suppliers are anticipated for the outcome of this procurement between the Australian CDC and the department.

Other Instructions:

Tenderers may wish to submit as a consortia or in collaboration with small/medium enterprises. These types of innovative approaches are encouraged through this process.

A voluntary tender briefing session will be held at 2pm on Thursday 6 November 2025. Participants must register intent to attend the voluntary briefing by writing to the Contact Officer on Immunisation.cdc@health.gov.au .

The department has also released a separate tender to deliver National Immunisation Program – Technical, Research and Essential Program Services for the National Immunisation Program.

Prospective tenderers are encouraged to review their notification settings in AusTender to ensure notification of any further updates in relation to this RFT.

Conditions for Participation:

Timeframe for Delivery:

Full services required to be delivered from 1 July 2026. There may be a transition in period for some services where required.

Contract(s) will be for an initial period of 3 years, with an up to 3 year extension period (extension reviewd on an annual basis) for a total of 6 years
