The NEMS Panel RFT (Refresh 1) is seeking to enhance the capabilities available under the NEMS Panel (SON4050420) by increasing the number of suppliers on the NEMS Panel for the category of Sandbags while also introducing the following new Categories:

• Commercial Catering (and related equipment)
• Food Supply
• Catering Services
• Linen and Laundry Goods and Services
• Sanitation and Hygiene Goods and Services
• Other Instructions: Conditions for Participation:

The Conditions for Participation are that the Respondent must:

i. be a legal entity;

ii. not be subject to any judicial decision against them (not including decisions under appeal) relating to employee entitlements, (or if subject to such judicial decision, the Respondent must have satisfied any resulting order);

iii. not be listed as a non-compliant employer under the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth);

iv. hold all Valid and Satisfactory Statements of Tax Record required for the Respondent’s entity type in accordance with the Shadow Economy Procurement Connected Policy.
