The Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time (see paragraph 8.3).

Timeframe for Delivery:

A contract is expected to be executed with the successful tenderer in December 2025. See 3. Delivery Dates of Schedule 1 in the tender documentation of the estimated timeframe for delivery of the project.
