To establish Contract for Financial Capacity Information Subscription.

Other Instructions:

NOPTA is seeking access to a subscription-based information source that provides the following information at a company level:

• Full financial statements and ratios across key Income Statement, Cashflow and Balance Sheet items including historical financial ratio performance.
• Detailed debt and equity structure.
• Independent assessments of company risk.
• Company structure, key officers and corporate governance framework.

The subscription term will be 12 months with two 12-month extension options.
