An invitation to sellers who provide digital and ICT labour hire and professional and consulting services to apply to join the Digital Marketplace Panel 2, or, for existing sellers to add new categories.

Conditions for Participation:

It is a condition for participation that the Applicant exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time.

Important note: Applications must include a Statement of Tax Record (STR) (see section 4.3 of the RFT) as a minimum content and format requirement.

Holding and providing a Valid and Satisfactory STRas required by the Shadow Economy Procurement Connected Policy of government.

You can apply for your STR through the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), by submitting an online request.
