The Australian Government Solicitor wishes to appoint service providers to provide off-site managed print services in some of its offices around Australia.

AGS will exclude a Tender from further consideration if at any time before a contract is executed AGS considers that the Tenderer does not meet any one or more of the following conditions for participation:

• the Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time
• the Tenderer holds all Valid and Satisfactory Statements of Tax Record required for its entity type; and
• the Tenderer holds all Valid and Satisfactory Statements of Tax Record required for the entity type of any first tier subcontractor that it proposes, as part of its response, to engage to deliver goods or services as part of a contract resulting from a procurement with an estimated value of $4 million or more (GST inclusive)
