The purpose of the Enterprise Architecture tool is to provide a centralised, integrated, and intelligent platform that enables the Bank to:

· Enable Strategic Execution: Aligns architecture with business strategy to fast-track prioritisation of change initiatives and improve planning precision.

· Optimises Costs Through Capability Rationalisation: Maps business capabilities to identify duplication, opportunities for commercial leverage, reduce OPEX, and improve strategic alignment of systems and services.

· Improves Technology Lifecycle Planning: Supports business system lifecycle management to inform long-term planning, rationalisation, and transformation decisions.

· Enhances Governance and Compliance: Establishes a central, controlled architecture repository to improve traceability, accountability and compliance.

· Operational Efficiency: Reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and streamline governance processes through automation and integration with key systems such as ServiceNow and RMS.

· Strengthens Collaboration and Transparency: Engages stakeholders with real-time dashboards and analytics, fostering shared understanding and cross-functional alignment.

· Reduce Risk and Increase Investment Visibility: Provide oversight and control of architectural risks, technical debt, and investment dependencies to support better governance.

· Support Solution Architecture and Process Modelling: Provide capabilities to design, assess, and communicate solution architectures and business processes, improving consistency and delivery speed, and delivery quality across initiatives.

Other Instructions: Conditions for Participation:

1. The Respondent exists as a legal entity at Closing Time

2. Tender response received prior to the Closing Time

3. Entities listed as terrorists or subject to sanctions are excluded

4. Tender response includes a completed and signed Response Deed

5. Must have a compliance with any of the listed security certifications: ISO/IEC 27001 certificate, SOC 2 Type II attestation or IRAP assessment

6. The solution must be vendor-hosted and delivered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering.

Timeframe for Delivery:

Contract execution is anticipated in February 2026
