The Bank seeks to engage a qualified and experience service provider to manage and deliver comprehensive international insurance services for Australian employees relocated overseas. Successful Tenderer will be responsible for the end-to-end management of insurance coverage, claims, compliance and employee support in accordance with applicable legislations and Bank"s internal policies.

The Respondent exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time.

The Proposal must include a completed and signed Response Deed.

The Respondent lodges the Response, including all RFP Schedules, on or before the Closing Time.

The Respondent declares it does not have any unpaid claims in respect of judicial decisions relating to employee entitlements.

If the Respondent is a "relevant employer" for the purposes of the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth), the Respondent holds a current letter of compliance (or has undertaken to provide a current letter of compliance prior to entering into any agreement) or is named in a report prepared by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency as complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth).

The Respondent is not listed as a designated entity (Designated Entity) by the Minister for Foreign Affairs by notice in the Gazette under s 15 of the Charter of the United Nations Act 1945 (Cth) or s6 of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011 (Cth) and does not intend to engage a subcontractor who is listed as a Designated Entity.

The Respondent certifies that it can satisfy all three of the below conditions (Refer to Part 1 – Statement of Requirements – 2.1 – 2.1.1):

1. Language Support: provide support in English (minimum)

2. Timezone alignment: provide support services aligned with the local timezone of the employee’s host country (at least minimum regional coverage locations)

3. Minimum regional coverage: support must be available in the following locations:

• United Kingdom: London, Cambridge, Oxford

• Europe: Switzerland, Spain, France, Netherlands

• Americas: USA (New York; Cambridge, Massachusetts), Canada (Calgary)

• Asia Pacific: China, Malaysia, Japan, New Zealand

Compliance to any mandatory procurement connected policy if applicable

Timeframe for Delivery:

Expected commencement of services February 2026
