I"m after producing Trifold blister cards with stickers for cold sealing of medicated gummies and tablets in 2 sizes, complete in PP plastic blister cavities to house the tablets, and trifold card with holes for the plastic cavities alongside foil or clear plastic film cold seal to seal the blisters in.
  
  There will be 30 cavities arranged in 6 columns × 5 rows on the plastic blister similar to the illustrations attached.
  
  Plastic material: Preferably PP (polypropylene), BPA-free 0.6 mm thickness. Can be freeze dried to -30 degrees C
  
  Card material: In suitable heavy weight paper with enough rigidity to sandwich the PP plastic sleeves. Card to be printed in 3 colours.
  
  Colour of PP: Translucent natural or milky white.
  
  Sealing foil: Either in Alu foil material, or plastic film seal, but BPA free.
  
  The sizes (flat dimension) of the 2 trifold card that I need are roughly:
  112mm X 288.6mm
  96mm X 245.7mm
  
  The dimensions of the plastic blister sleeves themselves are
  112mm X 91mm X 7.7mm
  96mm X 77.5mm X 6.6mm
  
  Based on suitability and quote prices, PP plastic blisters can be manufactured by a different company to the card manufacturer, however, I prefer that the whole packaging be manufactured at one facility.
  Initial order quantity, 10, 000 each size.
  
  Please provide your quotes including master mold production for the plastic blisters, trifold printed cards and foils or plastic films.
