An invitation to engage in public consultation on the draft terms for Software and Cloud under the Digital Marketplace Panel 2 has been released on the BuyICT website.

All sellers who intend to apply for the Software and Cloud Module under Digital Marketplace Panel 2 should take this opportunity to engage with the public consultation process.

Existing sellers on the current Digital Marketplace Panel 2, Cloud Marketplace Panel and Software Marketplace Panel should ensure they take this opportunity to engage with the process as they will need to re-apply to the new module. More information can be found here.
