Tourism Australia is issuing this Request for Tenders (RFT) for global media services to engage a supplier for a term of five years—comprising an initial period of three years, with two one-year extension options.

The objective of the RFT is to identify and appoint a media agency partner capable of helping Tourism Australia to continue to thrive in a rapidly evolving media and consumer landscape. We are seeking an agency that can drive efficiency, innovation, and measurable impact across global campaigns, ensuring that every investment delivers maximum value for money.

Further details on the process, timelines, and requirements are shared in accompanying documentation. A few key things to note:

• The tender process will be run in two stages — the first broadly on agency capabilities between September 2025 and December 2025 and the second focusing more closely on strategic capabilities and operational structure with shortlisted agencies between January 2026 and April 2026.
