Description:

The Commonwealth of Australia, through the Department of Defence, seeks to engage an industry partner who can deliver a contemporary, efficient, effective and flexible approach for the delivery of health services to the ADF, and meet the anticipated growth in the ADF workforce.

Other Instructions:

Attachment C to the Conditions of Proposal contains a data pack (JHC/RFP/2025/001A - Data pack) that provides supporting historical information to assist respondents in responding to this RFP. These documents are classified as Official: Sensitive and contain the Commonwealth"s Confidential Information for the purposes of the RFP process. In accordance with clause 4.1 of the Conditions of Proposal, to access the Data Room, respondents (and any entity the respondent proposes to share the information with for the purposes of developing a proposal) will need to complete and return to the Contact Officer a duly executed Deed Poll of Confidentiality (as provided at Attachment B to the Conditions of Proposal).
