The Australian Digital Health Agency (Agency) is seeking tenders for the provision of Application Support and Maintenance (ASM) Services for Digital Health Infrastructure.

This Request for Tender (RFT) supports the Agency’s plans for the transformation of national digital health infrastructure, products and services, including My Health Record.

This work is critical to maintaining the reliability, performance and scalability of the existing infrastructure which underpins connected, person-centred care and is integral to the evolution of our systems in the future.

The Agency will host a virtual industry briefing on 7 August 2025, to provide potential tenderers, and other interested parties with an overview of the key details related to the RFT. To attend the industry briefing, you will need to register here.

Timeframe for Delivery:

April 2026 to April 2029 (initial term of 3 years).
