The ATO requires the services of a third-party end-to-end survey research platform that provides multiple teams with the capability to design, distribute and analyse surveys online to capture attitudes, perceptions, intentions and experiences of ATO’s products and services.

The services must provide a sophisticated robust tool that allows for mixed methodology approaches to research and data collection, a user-friendly interface, and customised reporting option to support the variety of evolving research and information needs across the organisation into the future. The services must be fully customisable, web-responsive, and accessible to all users and have the capability to be easily integrated with existing system architectures.

For brevity, all references to “platform” in this Statement of Requirement will be referred to as “ATO survey software”.

The ATO survey software needs to perform the requirements listed in the table below. Please note that by submitting a response to this tender, you agree to provide free trialling licences arrangements to the ATO for up to 4 weeks as part of additional evaluation of the services.

Timeframe for Delivery:

It is anticipated that any resultant contract will commence in December 2025. The indicative initial contract term will be 3 years.
