The National Carillon is situated in the Nataional Triangle, Canberra. It houses 57 stationary bells weighing between 6 tonnes and 8 kilos. Each bell is played from a specially designed keyboard. The instrument requires regular monitoring, adjustment and preservation.

This contract is for an initial period of two years from the date the contract is entered into.

The contract will include two extension options of two years.

Conditions for Participation:

Potential suppliers are required to comply with all requirements set out in the Commonwalth Approach to Market Terms, and if successful, agree to enter into a contract which incorporates the Commonwealth Contract terms. (refer to ATM and draft contract for more information)

Timeframe for Delivery:

Contract commencement date 31 October 2025 - 30 October 2027

Pre scheduled maintenance visits required on a regular basis throughout the year.
