The Commonwealth of Australia, represented by the Department of Defence, seeks expressions of interest to provide leased office accommodation in the ACT. The Commonwealth requires that the accommodation is Minimum A Grade (PCA Standard), with a total minimum leased area of no less than 16,500 sqm commercial office accommodation in proximity to current Defence facilities in Russell, Brindabella Business Park, Majura Park or Fairbairn.

Other Instructions:

The Commonwealth intends to shortlist successful Respondents to provide leased accommodation.
