The Leadership Development Program opportunity is to partner with the RBA to design and deliver a flagship, multi-level program aligned with six endorsed leadership expectations, supporting the Bank’s transformation and cultural ambition to be open and dynamic. This initiative will begin with one pilot program each for business executive, senior leaders, and mid-level leaders, with the goal of scaling across the Bank over 2–3 years using modern, blended learning methods.

The Respondent exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time.

Tender response received prior to the closing time.

Entities listed as terrorists or subject to sanctions are excluded

The Proposal must include a completed and signed Response Deed.

The Respondent is not subject to a judicial decision against them relating to employee entitlements (not including decisions under appeal, and have not paid the claim)

Where the Respondent is a Relevant Employer, the Respondent is compliant with its obligations under the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth) (the WGE Act).

The respondent is not precluded from tendering for Australian Government funded work at closing time

Timeframe for Delivery:

Initital pilot is anticipated to commence in February 2026, and the full program is expected to deliver over 2-3 years.
