As the program is approaching its mid-point of five years implementation, DFAT has a requirement for An Independent Strategic Review (ISR) of KONEKSI to assess the program’s performance and its relevance to the emerging priorities of Government of Indonesia (GoI) including providing advice and recommendations on the future programming of KONEKSI.

Timeframe for Delivery:

AUD300,000 from approximately September/October 2025 to June 2026, with an option to extend for a further 2 months and a further AUD50,000 (exercised at DFAT"s discretion).
