AGS requires a modern, highly secure, Infosec Registered Assessors Program (IRAP) assessed (or ability to obtain IRAP), cloud based legal matter and precedent / template management system to
enable AGS to operate as efficiently as possible in performing its legal work. It should do this by:
creating efficient legal matter workflows through no-code low-code (e.g. drag and drop configuration) which enable the tracking and allocation of each task;
native case management capabilities that enable users to easily track their current and upcoming tasks in order to meet deadlines;
best practice document assembly and management (e.g. where shell precedents and templates can be easily populated with specific matter data, enables the easy and efficient management of
AGS’s precedent library, enables simple searching, creation and editing of shell precedents, templates, and boilerplate clauses etc);
easy navigation between matters, clients, extended metadata, precedents and tasks (including the inputting, updating and saving of data);
native reporting and dashboarding (no-code) that gives a high level of oversight to users and managers of matters by team, matter, matter type, client etc; and
simple and intuitive way to input matter status updates (file reviews), especially for lawyers managing a large volume of matters.
AGS requires services to design and implement the proposed solution and to operate and support this during the contract term.

Schedule 2 – Tender Response Forms; and
Schedule 3 – Draft Contract.

Conditions for Participation:
AGS will exclude a Tender from further consideration if AGS considers that the Tender does not comply with any one or more of the following conditions for participation:
the Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time;
the tenderer holds all Valid and Satisfactory Statements of Tax Record required for its entity type; and
the tenderer holds all Valid and Satisfactory Statements of Tax Record required for the entity type of any first tier subcontractor that it proposes, as part of its response, to engage to
deliver goods or services as part of a contract resulting from a procurement with an estimated value of $4 million or more (GST inclusive).
Timeframe for Delivery:
AGS envisage that the implementation of the new Solution will begin at the end of 2025 or early in 2026. AGS envisage that implementation of the Solution from start to finish will take 6 to 8
months to complete. The intention is for the Solution to go-live in the second half of 2026. The Supplier will be required to provide Services for the Solution for an initial term of 3 years.
AGS may extend this term at its discretion for 2 further one year terms.
