The Henderson precinct is an essential – but complex – component in Australia’s sovereign naval shipbuilding enterprise. This Invitation to Register Interest (ITR) is issued to persons or entities interested in selection for the tender phase. The Project aims to review and develop initial studies for future consideration of construction activities by Government at the site.

Other Instructions:

Design services required for the initial Planning Phase of the project, including, site investigations, environmental studies, producing design drawings and specifications, and developing a 10% MPFR for works at the Henderson Site. Further works may include a potential option to also provide a 30% Preliminary Design Report for selected scope, including associated documentation.

Timeframe for Delivery:

The Commonwealth anticipates that the award date be in or about JULY 2025 completion in or about MARCH 2026
