The successful supplier shall develop and deliver design a 5-day program which will run twice during the period 17 Nov 25 and 28 Nov 25, with each rotation accommodating between 160 and 170 Trainee Officers for a total of 330 Trainee Officers over the period. 1.1 The Australian Defence Force Academy (ADFA) leadership challenge series of exercises forms part of a scaffolded development program to personally and professionally develop Trainee Officers throughout their time at the Academy. Exercise Leadership Challenge II (LCII) is one of the series of exercises.
